One of big problem in our life when we feel life is stress full enough, sometimes we feel no way to run. But do you know stress make our life more colorfull and exciting, but I am agree too if to much stress will seriously affect our physical and mental.Ok thats best way let the stress work over you not against you.

Sometimes when we face things that always make we feel stress then we will avoid to do it, believe me it wont solve your problem because only will gave you another new problem. Just learning how to handle it, because stress come from our mind. Thing that make we stress sometimes will be an enjoyable things for other. So what we do to handle our stress?

** Talk.. talk.. talk. Dont keep your problem, find someone who you can trust, and you can discuss with without judging or pressing you with
their poin of view

**Discover what you need to feel good and get your need. another wayfind an interest, hobby or activity where you feel in charge and call the shots.
If you really feel out of control, don't stay silent and alone! Seek guidance from someone who is qualified to help you get through the obstacles, and move forward again.
** Don't overhelm yourself, trying to handle many works. Try to delegate and say no without feeling guilty
** Escape your problem for a while, doing something different, or go to some interesting place just make yourself relax. Remember you have a right to do it.
**Know your limits. If a problem is beyond your control and cannot be changed at the moment, don't fight the situation. Learn to accept what is-for now-until such time when you can change it
**Take care of yourself. You are special. Get enough rest and eat well. If you are irritable and tense from lack of sleep or
if you are not eating correctly, you will have less ability to deal with stressful situations.
**Learn to be Happy. When you feel sad and stress just remember the happy thing that you ever had. Count His Blessing, you have many happiness around you
**Think that U must not always right. Just accept if others have another idea, dont make a fight, just build an understanding and make both of you comfortable with this situation
** Dont be shy to cry, crying can move your burden, and prevent a headache or other physical consequence. Take a deep breath and try to release your tension
** Spend time with family and friends for love and support. Don't be afraid to enjoy yourself! Appreciate friendship and let others know you care about them, too. Love may not conquer all, but it's a great start!
There is still many way to heal your stress, just find the best way for you but avoid to use drugs to release your stress. They should be taken :only on the advice of your doctor.

>> Sunday, April 12, 2009

I am standing here
in a cold and breeze air
without any sound around
under the cloudy sky

I choose to stay here
keep silent keep quiet
looks like no life sign

just for waiting for you
just for remembering you
every single words that ever make me happy

I choose this silent place
I hope i will not hear anything again
as you stop to embrace me with your words

Have you hugged anyone today

>> Sunday, April 5, 2009

A hug is a form of physical intimacy that usually involves closing or holding the arms around another person or group of persons. The hug is one of the most common human signs of love and affection, along with kissing. Unlike some other forms of physical intimacy, it is practiced publicly and privately without stigma in many nations, religions and cultures, within families, and also across age and gender lines. (wikipwedia)

Sometimes, hugs are a romantic exchange. Hugs may also be exchanged as a sign of support and comfort. A hug can be a demonstration of affection and emotional warmth, sometimes arising out of joy or happiness at meeting someone.

A team from the University of North Carolina studied the effects of hugging on both partners in 38 couples. The study showed hugs increased levels of oxytocin, a "bonding" hormone, and reduced blood pressure - which cuts the risk of heart disease. Dr Charmaine Griffiths, spokesperson for the British Heart Foundation, said: "Scientists are increasingly interested in the possibility that positive emotions can be good for your health. (BBC News)

Just out from this research, we all know Reaching out and touching someone, and holding him tight—is a way of saying you care. Its effects are immediate: for both, the hugger and the person being hugged, feel good.

Touch is an important component of attachment as it creates bonds between two individuals, hugging is simply a natural expression of showing that you love and care. . It transfers energy, and gives the person hugged an emotional boost. It is also a form of communication. It can say things you don't have words for. The nicest thing about a hug is that you usually can't give one without getting one.

Hugging brings people closer to each other. If your relationship with somebody is not working, try hugging him 20 times a day and there will be a significant difference.
Have you hugged anyone today? Do it, its inflation proof and non taxable absolutely free hahaha
