I want to share my personal story about a cyber friend.

Friend..I feel you are special to me
We have different nationality or not live in the same country, but sometimes feel so close

Even i can't talk everyday but I still can feel how care you are (even sometime I don't believe you too haha)
When I got problem in my life, I did unfair thing to you, sometimes blame you for no reason.
Angry with you.. and told "I HATE YOU" , not reply your message

But you only sent me some kind words and told me "Can I call you now, and u can share your problem with me," and said "I never hate you"
I know I am not your most important person in your life, you have soul mate in your side, but thanks anyway you are so kind to me. Thanks for not forget to sent message in your busy time or while in your trip around the world ( I know you are busy with her too

I don't know how long I can have this nice friendship relationship, but really thanks you always can make me smile. And always told me to be a smart girl.

I like this song so much, its describe when we broken heart and give support to out from that. Love is about nature, we cant push love to come over us and cant push to stay too. We will feel so happy when it comes to us, you will see everything more wonderful than before.

But when everything change.. love lost and only care left, u will feel so hurt. Asking many time why it can happen, but never find the answer. Smile just disappear from your face, you feel your heart bleeding and just want to go somewhere no body knows and cry.

Ok you can release your pain, but u must realize love and hurt are the same. It can come and go without notice. Just give your heart time and room to heal your pain, and then start to smile again

Our spoken words originate from our thought, please aware when you speak, it not only affect ourselves but people around us. Another danger about words that one it is out of our mouth, it can never be taken back and it will have an effect. Most of us unaware to positive or negative effect of this words, which has ripple effect on ourselves and those around us. Just wonder if your negative words can hurt somebody else for long time even you have ask for forgiveness.

Everything we say produces an effect and everything you say to someone else also produce some kind off effect in that person. When we speak unkindly we are actually creating a negative vibration within us thus harming the harmony of our body, mind and spirit and destroying our self esteem.

At all times we should think and analyse before we speak, because whatever unpleasant words we say about another it is actually a reflection of ourselves. Every individual should learn not to follow their whims and start doing or saying something that comes into their mind. Exercise our capability to control, be conscious, and apply caution on what we want to speak.

* avoid gossip
* stay away from complaining others
* Look at the good quality and strength of others
* do not follow unpleasant emotion to control you
* before you speak ask yourself, are you ok, if others told you like that
* try to take control your word rather than words control you.

Have you ever go to drug store and looking for hair removal product, or just buy razor?? I ever do both, even i tried to buy the expensive one, but I still got problem with that. My skin got rash, so itchy. Oh its a hard way to make my body free from hair.

Knowing hair types in our body. First, vellus hair is soft, fine, and short. Most women have vellus hair on their chest, back, and face. And second terminal hair is coarser, darker, and longer than vellus hair. It's the type of hair that grows on your head. Around puberty, terminal hair starts to grow in the armpits and pubic region.

What the best way for hair removal
1. Shaving
Using a razor, a person removes the tip of the hair shaft that has grown out through the skin.
Tips: You'll get a closer shave if you shave in the shower after your skin has been softened by warm water. Go slowly, pulling looser areas of skin taut before running the razor over them. Change razors often to avoid nicks. Using shaving cream may also help protect sensitive skin, like the skin around the genitals

2. Plucking
Using tweezers, a person stretches the skin tightly, grips the hair close to the root, and pulls it out.
Plucking can be painful. If the hair breaks off below the skin, a person may get an ingrown hair. After plucking, you may notice temporary red bumps because the hair follicle is swollen and irritated

3. Depilatories
A depilatory is a cream or liquid that removes hair from the skin's surface. They work by reacting with the protein structure of the hair, so the hair dissolves and can be washed or wiped away.
If you have sensitive skin, you might have an allergic reaction to the chemicals in the depilatory, which may cause a rash or inflammation.

4. Waxing
A sticky wax is spread on the area of skin where the unwanted hair is growing. A cloth strip is then applied over the wax and quickly pulled off, taking the hair root and dead skin cells with it.
Teens who use acne medications such as tretinoin and isotretinoin may want to skip waxing because those medicines make the skin more sensitive. People with moles or skin irritation from sunburn should also avoid waxing

Over a series of several appointments, a professional electrologist inserts a needle into the follicle and sends an electric current through the hair root, killing it. A small area such as the upper lip may take a total of 4 to 10 hours and a larger area such as the bikini line may take 8 to 16 hours.

6.Laser Hair Removal
A laser is directed through the skin to the hair follicle, where it stops growth. It works best on light-skinned people with dark hair because the melanin (colored pigment) in the hair absorbs more of the light, making treatment more effective.

Are you bored with your work, your relationship or your life? Boredom is a complex process. There are lots of reasons that one might be bored. The most common one is that you have no idea what to do. But other reasons might be you feel lazy or tired and just don't want to do the things that are available for you to do. Maybe you have ideas of things to do, and aren't feeling lazy, but you don't feel you can do the things you want to do.

There are people who overcome boredom by going shopping, changing partners, eating too much or indulging in any other activity that would bring some excitement for the moment. But i think it cant work. So try to find a best way to help you out from this problem.

Shift your mindset
Create curiosity and ask yourself some hard questions. What makes you feel the way you do? What leads you to the feeling? Is there something or someone that is triggering your state of mind? What can you do to change it?
You have to instruct your mind to change your pattern of thinking. Your thoughts affect your behavior. By changing your mind about the meaning of your emotion and experiences, you will generate a different attitude.

Doing different activity and find something interest

Doing things that interest you is never boring. Changing your body movements by taking actions will change your emotions and mental state. You can interrupt your laid back attitude by exercising, dancing or getting yourself involved in activities that raise your energy level.

Fire up your imagination.
Create mental images to stimulate your thoughts. Visualize where you want to be and what you want to become. Use your imagination or your dreaming to experience a situation that you want to happen in your life.

Talk to other people.
If you have a good person to talk to, the event can pass by pretty quick. You might also learn something.

Learn to enjoy and appreciate your relationship with yourself.
Sometimes you think you feel alone, no one care about you. Its ok, take your time to understand your self better. talking to yourself, describes your thought. Thinking about your way to dealing with people and anything around you. Express your creativity, in music, drawing or writing. just find more joy from that.

Self-control is a set of behaviors which: accepts the reality that the only thing in life which you can successfully change and control is yourself. Self-control keeps negative traits such as self-destruction and it also helps a person become the master of his own life, and having the skill of self-control restores and maintains balance. That one of the way to improve your personal growth.

Developing self control
1) First you need to identify in what areas of your life you need to gain more self-control.
Many people have problems with eating right, shopping without overspending, not working too hard or working too hard, excessive drinking, smoking and gambling.

2) Try identifying the emotions that lack control, such as anger, dissatisfaction, unhappiness, resentment,tendency to act without thinking first, the tendency to lose faith in one's ability and character and lastly pleasure or fear.

3) Identify the thoughts and beliefs that push you to behave in uncontrolled manner.

4) Several times a day, especially when you need to display self control,or whenever you feel like losing control and giving in to your impulses, say to yourself, "I can control myself, I am a grown person and I know how to handle myself." Or you can say, "I am the master of my life. No one manipulates my thoughts and emotions but myself."

5) Visualize yourself acting with self-control and self-restraint. Take one of the instances where you usually act with lack of control, and visualize that you are acting calmly and with self-mastery.

Remember, self-control is all about not letting your fears and addictions from taking over your life. It is about you taking control over the negative feelings present in your life. Having self-control means you will enjoy better relationships with people, do better in your work and other endeavors, and you will learn the things that need your attention and emotions from those that should be ignored and left alone. Developing and strengthening your self-control will make you a better person that you are today.

Love Him but Hate Him

Do you ever have this feeling. You really love a man but hate him in the same time. Let me share a story about my friend.
" I ever have this feeling. When I meet him, its looks all perfect, he is so care with me. All the times i feel that he need me more and more. We share our story, laugh a lot, and he always give me support for all my problem. Sending me so much poems, listening music together, want to know what I like and dislike. Seems all perfect in our limitation.

I felt my day was bright that time, he always give me a reason to love, live and laugh. Every time I asked him that, "Do you love me." He replied fast "Yes, my dear." But now, I felt he already changed. We only have a little time to talk, and he will come only when he really need me. Otherwise he will stay away. If I asked something, he only replied with a short word. What must I do, I still love him, but he treat me bad. I never know what he feel to me, coz when I ask him if he don't love me anymore, let me now. But he never respond my question.

I really love him, and I feel I can't life without him on it. Even I always suffered in this relationship, but better for me to stay like that, love and hate in the same time."

Its very common problem in women life, love so absurd, and make we blind. But please think it carefully, "Do you really want to life like that? Can you face it all the time?"
Make your decision carefully, please You NEED TO BE HAPPY...
