I remember when I was in college, I and friend always mention about a good career. It means that we will get a good salary, live as a wealthy people. We discussed about which we prefer, make a large amount of money or satisfied to get comfortable living only.

If we have a large of money, we can buy anything that we want. Many thing that just only dream, such as traveling around the world, have a big house, a new model car, have clothes and bag from famous brand and many more high standard living will be so easy. The most important, we could send our kids to the best school, so they could have the best education. Beside that, when we have a lot of money we can share our wealth to many charities, it will help other much more.


In contrast, if we choose comfortable living, we will have less than wealthy person. But it have a good side too, because comfortable living need less effort in working, that we could spend more for a good quality of life. We have more time to enjoy our lives while less pressure in work, and we still have a time to spend with family. Less stress will lead a good health for us, and combine with time with family, it will make our lives more happy. Just imagine, we could go home in the evening, go to swimming pool with kids, prepare a healthy dinner and share about many things that happen during the day. These all things will be difficult to have if we busy in work to get some extra more money.

If I could choose, I mostly prefer comfortable living rather than make a large amout of money. There will be many valuable things in life more than money, and I don't want to miss the time see my kids grow up and feel their bonding to me. I think my kids will be more happy if I could spend my time playing or buy them some simple things, rather than give them much money but I were not with them all the time.

Will I lose my best friend?

We always need friend in life, and then we finally found our best friend, when we met someone who care, understand and accept us with sincere feeling, no matter with many of our weakness.
That's happen on me, I found 2 best friend in life, I share manything wit them laugh together, support each other ang give care to them. But today... I just feel I finally will lose one of them, honestly feeling break up inside.

A friend that I met here, when we are come to this country as foreigner, not much friend we have. Even we seldom meet physically but we talked a lot through net. Twice a day we said hi, talked about manything, shared joked, and when one of us got in to problem, we supported each other. But there is time to meet, there is time to say good bye. Finally my friend complete study and go back to the country origin. My Friend promise me nothing will change, will always contact me everday even a few minutes.

That time i believe, after went back for a month I still receive mail or chat at least once a day, even only 15-20 minutes. Then the following month it reduces once on 2-3 days. I tried to sent short message by mail, but sometimes i got no reply. And lately not on 2-3 days but 4 days with only words "hi, how r u, hope everything ok with u", no personal and freindly message anymore.
Become worst the last month that contact me only twice, no mail reply.

Could someone change easily? Many memories gone, and pretend nothing happen. I feel it will be hard to have a best friend again, if then will end up just like that. I thought I never change still the same, never judge my friend, even when I sent mail without reply, i try to use cherish words. I pretend nothing happen between us, but this I got. Will I lose my best friend?

It Has been a long time not make a post in this blog. When I make this blog and write it I have a friend that always accompany me. We talked at night, smile and laugh, sometime he gave me inspiration to write, from our conversation, from our misunderstanding.. but now all are different.

He had back to his country, busy with other thing in his life, I couldn't talk a lot with him. A year have a close friendship and then disappear, make me don't want to touch this blog. Even now he only replied my mail in one words (I write a long mail hiks) but I want to remember all of sweet memories that we have


I know someday, sometime.. I will survive, with or without him. I just need time to cure my broken heart even its already 4 months and still hurt. And I understand... its not a fairy tale, it just one of my nice dream in my sleep on the night. N when I wake up all just disappear.
Any way, if u come pass by.. I just want to thank for all your kindness (but I think u wont remember this website again :))

Sadness is a feeling — it's one of the many normal human emotions, or moods, we all have. Sadness is the emotion people feel when they've lost something important,
or when they have been disappointed about something, or when something sad has happened to them or to someone else. When they're lonely, people often feel sad.Sadness makes you feel like crying, and sometimes the tears are hard to stop. Crying often makes you feel better.

When Is it naturally to feel sad?
It can come once in a while. So many things happen in our life can make we sad. Mostly they occurred because a loss or separation, disappointment, change.
Losing someone who close to u will be the most common cause of sadness. Death, break up, divorce can bring sad feeling for weeks, months even year. Sometime sadness make you failed to think straight because you cant get off your mind from your loss


Changes that involve something or someone example your close friend move to other place that will make you cant contact her easily. Or maybe changing school, place of work sometimes can make you feel sad too

Disappointments like losing a game you hoped to win, getting a poor grade, or not being invited to a party can cause sadness. Sadness is a natural reaction to those things.

Relationships bring happiness and fun much of the time. But tension or conflict in important relationships, or relationships that break up, can cause sadness, too. People often feel sad when all is not right between them and their loved ones,
or when they get criticized or yelled at a lot.

When you are feel so sad, just go outside and do any activities that can catch your attention. Even cant help to forget all things but it can help you out a little and release your burden

When you are so far apart.... long distance relationship

In this age of internet, chat room sometimes you find someone you love there, but the problems come when you realize how far distance betwen you and your love one. It will be a hard relationship, because when you need your soulmate beside, he is not there. Human beings crave physical affection. People miss the other person's smile, eye contact, scent, touch, kiss, touch, and most aspects of physical intimacy. No matter how much a couple tries, physical interaction cannot be replaced by a phone call, letter or cyber anything

It will be harder when not only distance but different timezone too. You cant match the exact time to communicate. You must arrange time for rest, work and when you can have intimate times to talk.

But since love sometimes you cant control, so just try many ways to make it work.

* communicate in some way everyday
Since you wont be seeing each other, it's important to establish and maintain an emotional connection. Not always long or in-dept relationship, but just teel him/her your little problem and ask for advice. Send message via messenger or email is good but be careful sometimes written language can increase possibility of misunderstanding. U can use webcam to interact with your mate, with that you can see your mate expression and smile. It can reduce your burden from missing him or her to much.Send her/him short good night, good morning message or little love notes just to express how you care about him/her

*Make an agreement with your mate how many times you will contact him/her for a week, so one of you not feel abandoned by other. If you can meet your promise just send a massage to explain why. Be prepared to be flexible and less demanding.

*NEVER argue over e-mail and try not to argue over the phone either. If it happen try to solve it carefully.

* Avoid jealousy and be trusting One of the easiest ways to destroy a perfectly healthy relationship is to poison it with jealousy and drama. When you start a long distance relationship you must be realistic of the difficulties ahead. You should approach the trust issue in a long distance relationship the same way as you would in a normal relationship. If there is no indication or evidence of cheating, it is most likely not happening. Don't fall in the trap to interrogate your partner every time he/she decides to go out for a drink with people you haven't met or he/she didn't get back to you right away when you called and left a message

*Know when to say good-bye. While this is tough in any relationship, this can be especially hard over long distances. When communication becomes one-sided or sparse for too long and for no apparent reason, when arguments (yes, you'll have them) become too frequent, when the whole thing just seems like more trouble than it's worth, it's time to re-evaluate the relationship.
You have to remember that for a healthy relationship, no matter how far or close, you must be willing to let go.

One of big problem in our life when we feel life is stress full enough, sometimes we feel no way to run. But do you know stress make our life more colorfull and exciting, but I am agree too if to much stress will seriously affect our physical and mental.Ok thats best way let the stress work over you not against you.

Sometimes when we face things that always make we feel stress then we will avoid to do it, believe me it wont solve your problem because only will gave you another new problem. Just learning how to handle it, because stress come from our mind. Thing that make we stress sometimes will be an enjoyable things for other. So what we do to handle our stress?

** Talk.. talk.. talk. Dont keep your problem, find someone who you can trust, and you can discuss with without judging or pressing you with
their poin of view

**Discover what you need to feel good and get your need. another wayfind an interest, hobby or activity where you feel in charge and call the shots.
If you really feel out of control, don't stay silent and alone! Seek guidance from someone who is qualified to help you get through the obstacles, and move forward again.
** Don't overhelm yourself, trying to handle many works. Try to delegate and say no without feeling guilty
** Escape your problem for a while, doing something different, or go to some interesting place just make yourself relax. Remember you have a right to do it.
**Know your limits. If a problem is beyond your control and cannot be changed at the moment, don't fight the situation. Learn to accept what is-for now-until such time when you can change it
**Take care of yourself. You are special. Get enough rest and eat well. If you are irritable and tense from lack of sleep or
if you are not eating correctly, you will have less ability to deal with stressful situations.
**Learn to be Happy. When you feel sad and stress just remember the happy thing that you ever had. Count His Blessing, you have many happiness around you
**Think that U must not always right. Just accept if others have another idea, dont make a fight, just build an understanding and make both of you comfortable with this situation
** Dont be shy to cry, crying can move your burden, and prevent a headache or other physical consequence. Take a deep breath and try to release your tension
** Spend time with family and friends for love and support. Don't be afraid to enjoy yourself! Appreciate friendship and let others know you care about them, too. Love may not conquer all, but it's a great start!
There is still many way to heal your stress, just find the best way for you but avoid to use drugs to release your stress. They should be taken :only on the advice of your doctor.

Our spoken words originate from our thought, please aware when you speak, it not only affect ourselves but people around us. Another danger about words that one it is out of our mouth, it can never be taken back and it will have an effect. Most of us unaware to positive or negative effect of this words, which has ripple effect on ourselves and those around us. Just wonder if your negative words can hurt somebody else for long time even you have ask for forgiveness.

Everything we say produces an effect and everything you say to someone else also produce some kind off effect in that person. When we speak unkindly we are actually creating a negative vibration within us thus harming the harmony of our body, mind and spirit and destroying our self esteem.


At all times we should think and analyse before we speak, because whatever unpleasant words we say about another it is actually a reflection of ourselves. Every individual should learn not to follow their whims and start doing or saying something that comes into their mind. Exercise our capability to control, be conscious, and apply caution on what we want to speak.

Find the best way for hair removal

Have you ever go to drug store and looking for hair removal product, or just buy razor?? I ever do both, even i tried to buy the expensive one, but I still got problem with that. My skin got rash, so itchy. Oh its a hard way to make my body free from hair.

If you have sensitive skin, you might have an allergic reaction to the chemicals in the depilatory, which may cause a rash or inflammation.

4. Waxing
A sticky wax is spread on the area of skin where the unwanted hair is growing. A cloth strip is then applied over the wax and quickly pulled off, taking the hair root and dead skin cells with it.
Teens who use acne medications such as tretinoin and isotretinoin may want to skip waxing because those medicines make the skin more sensitive. People with moles or skin irritation from sunburn should also avoid waxing

5.Electrolysis
Over a series of several appointments, a professional electrologist inserts a needle into the follicle and sends an electric current through the hair root, killing it. A small area such as the upper lip may take a total of 4 to 10 hours and a larger area such as the bikini line may take 8 to 16 hours.

6.Laser Hair Removal
A laser is directed through the skin to the hair follicle, where it stops growth. It works best on light-skinned people with dark hair because the melanin (colored pigment) in the hair absorbs more of the light, making treatment more effective.

Are you bored with your work, your relationship or your life? Boredom is a complex process. There are lots of reasons that one might be bored. The most common one is that you have no idea what to do. But other reasons might be you feel lazy or tired and just don't want to do the things that are available for you to do. Maybe you have ideas of things to do, and aren't feeling lazy, but you don't feel you can do the things you want to do.

There are people who overcome boredom by going shopping, changing partners, eating too much or indulging in any other activity that would bring some excitement for the moment. But i think it cant work. So try to find a best way to help you out from this problem.


Shift your mindset
Create curiosity and ask yourself some hard questions. What makes you feel the way you do? What leads you to the feeling? Is there something or someone that is triggering your state of mind? What can you do to change it?
You have to instruct your mind to change your pattern of thinking. Your thoughts affect your behavior. By changing your mind about the meaning of your emotion and experiences, you will generate a different attitude.

Doing different activity and find something interest

Doing things that interest you is never boring. Changing your body movements by taking actions will change your emotions and mental state. You can interrupt your laid back attitude by exercising, dancing or getting yourself involved in activities that raise your energy level.

Fire up your imagination.
Create mental images to stimulate your thoughts. Visualize where you want to be and what you want to become. Use your imagination or your dreaming to experience a situation that you want to happen in your life.

Talk to other people.
If you have a good person to talk to, the event can pass by pretty quick. You might also learn something.

Learn to enjoy and appreciate your relationship with yourself.
Sometimes you think you feel alone, no one care about you. Its ok, take your time to understand your self better. talking to yourself, describes your thought. Thinking about your way to dealing with people and anything around you. Express your creativity, in music, drawing or writing. just find more joy from that.

Self-control is a set of behaviors which: accepts the reality that the only thing in life which you can successfully change and control is yourself. Self-control keeps negative traits such as self-destruction and it also helps a person become the master of his own life, and having the skill of self-control restores and maintains balance. That one of the way to improve your personal growth.


Developing self control
1) First you need to identify in what areas of your life you need to gain more self-control.
Many people have problems with eating right, shopping without overspending, not working too hard or working too hard, excessive drinking, smoking and gambling.

2) Try identifying the emotions that lack control, such as anger, dissatisfaction, unhappiness, resentment,tendency to act without thinking first, the tendency to lose faith in one's ability and character and lastly pleasure or fear.

3) Identify the thoughts and beliefs that push you to behave in uncontrolled manner.

4) Several times a day, especially when you need to display self control,or whenever you feel like losing control and giving in to your impulses, say to yourself, "I can control myself, I am a grown person and I know how to handle myself." Or you can say, "I am the master of my life. No one manipulates my thoughts and emotions but myself."

5) Visualize yourself acting with self-control and self-restraint. Take one of the instances where you usually act with lack of control, and visualize that you are acting calmly and with self-mastery.

Remember, self-control is all about not letting your fears and addictions from taking over your life. It is about you taking control over the negative feelings present in your life. Having self-control means you will enjoy better relationships with people, do better in your work and other endeavors, and you will learn the things that need your attention and emotions from those that should be ignored and left alone. Developing and strengthening your self-control will make you a better person that you are today.

Do you ever have this feeling. You really love a man but hate him in the same time. Let me share a story about my friend.
" I ever have this feeling. When I meet him, its looks all perfect, he is so care with me. All the times i feel that he need me more and more. We share our story, laugh a lot, and he always give me support for all my problem. Sending me so much poems, listening music together, want to know what I like and dislike. Seems all perfect in our limitation.

I felt my day was bright that time, he always give me a reason to love, live and laugh. Every time I asked him that, "Do you love me." He replied fast "Yes, my dear." But now, I felt he already changed. We only have a little time to talk, and he will come only when he really need me. Otherwise he will stay away. If I asked something, he only replied with a short word. What must I do, I still love him, but he treat me bad. I never know what he feel to me, coz when I ask him if he don't love me anymore, let me now. But he never respond my question.

I really love him, and I feel I can't life without him on it. Even I always suffered in this relationship, but better for me to stay like that, love and hate in the same time."

Its very common problem in women life, love so absurd, and make we blind. But please think it carefully, "Do you really want to life like that? Can you face it all the time?"

Sometimes we must face a hard decision, like to be a stay at home moms, leaving the workforce office, friends behind. As you make the transition, learn to accept that there is no pre-determined deadline to adapt to being at home, nor is there a blueprint for how you should feel. Recognize that if you don't enjoy being home 24/7 it doesn't mean you're a bad mother or that you don't love your child "enough." Instead, work with your partner to make realistic adjustments in your lives so you'll feel more authentic to your identity and more fulfilled in your new role. In the process you'll give your children, your spouse and yourself one of the finest gifts – your contentment.


Being a stay at home mom is not a bad thing. Stop feeling like our lives may be lacking something if we are not immersed in a career- what about being immersed in our children and being immersed in helping shape them into productive. Our kids need us, not a daycare.You can find fulfillment in meeting your families needs, having time for hobbies, being there for your kids etc. Society has taught us we "need" something beyond our home and family to make us complete.

But I also believe that stay-at-home parents need to continue to challenge themselves with activities that are outside the realm of their jobs as Moms. It's important for stay-at-home parents to have something that is theirs alone to cultivate and keep their minds sharp while helping them remember that they can continue to grow as people (not just as parents)and be as multi-facted as they'd like to be.
